Les frais de livraison sont offerts. Les œuvres sont acheminées dans un délai de 4 à 14 jours selon la destination. Chaque œuvre est emballée soigneusement, assurée et accompagnée d'un certificat d'authenticité. Dès que le colis est expédié vous recevrez un mail vous indiquant une estimation de date de réception ainsi qu'un numéro de suivi du colis.
Retours et remboursements
Vous disposez d’un délai de 14 jours à compter de la date de réception de votre commande pour vous rétracter et être ainsi remboursé intégralement de votre commande, frais d'expédition compris.
Si l’œuvre livrée est endommagée
Si l’œuvre qui vous a été livrée est endommagée, vous devez m'en informer par email à baudequin.anne@orange.fr, en m' indiquant la nature du dommage avec photographies à l'appui. Vous serez remboursés de l’intégralité du prix payé pour cette œuvre ainsi que des frais de livraison correspondants, dans les meilleurs délais.
