Shipping costs are FREE anywhere in the world. You will receive your order within 4 to 14 days depending on the destination. Each artwork is carefully packaged, insured and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. As soon as the parcel is shipped you will receive an email telling you an estimated date of receipt and a tracking number of the parcel.
Returns and refunds
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to retract and be fully refunded, shipping costs included.
If the delivered artwork is damaged
If you notice that the artwork that was delivered to you is damaged, you must inform me by email at baudequin.anne@orange.fr, by indicating to me the nature of the damage with supporting photographs. You will be reimbursed for the full price paid for this work as well as the corresponding delivery costs as soon as possible.
